ChosenOne: almost to ascorbia island and the city there for lapras to get a rest from swimming
SteelRocks: that's good your almost there
MovieStar: i know you might be getting sick of hearing this, but how are you holding up sweetie?
ChosenOne: im....doing okay
ChosenOne: im doing better than i was a few days ago, but now, like i said already, i will be more cautious of the people i meet & always will have one of my pokemon out with me, usually it'll be kakashi ill have out
OldTimer: that's good, that way youll always have one of your pokemon protecting you if needed
GroundQueen: even though you did have vulcan with you when the attack happened, both of you were taken by surprise from that attack
ChosenOne: we were since neither one of us were expecting that attack to happen as all my pokemon insitsed on staying with for the rest of the time here for my protection, including ella
MovieStar: not surprising they want to stay with you, since now their paranoid something like that could happen to you again and will do what it takes to protect you
ChosenOne: most do think that
ChosenOne: anywaty, we just made it to port & we're now, after recalling lapras, going to stop and get some lunch
LivingLegend: so there was a change of plans
SteelRocks: how so?
ChosenOne: when we got to the city on the island at the port, instead of stopping for food, we ended up seeing people running and yelling about a warehouse on fire
GroundQueen: that's not good
LivingLegend: even with me being the galar champion when we got there, that officer jenny still ordered all four of us to stay on the sidelines with everyone else, even AFTER i told her im galars champion, it was like that officer jenny didn't beleive me
OldTimer: you only been galars champion for roughly a year, so most do forget pheony isn't champion anymore
LivingLegend: but still, that was annoying
LivingLegend: anyway, with only tracey doing staying on the sidelines, me, misty, & ash ran to the blazing inferno, with me letting out inteleon & seismetoad to help put the fire out, with misty leaving togepi with tracey
ChosenOne: while me, i had kakashi already out to put out the fire
WaterGirl: as for me, i letted out starmie, loki, amphy, & triton who was already out, with all our pokemon taking care of the fire, until an area we didn't notice grew unstable & was starting to spread to the next warehouse, with some debri about to fall on us
MovieStar: i hope none of you got hurt
LivingLegend: we didn't, with this team of 6 wartortles arrving to both help and saved us 3 as our larger pokemon grabbed the smaller pokemon before the debri landed on us, which from what i could tell, none of our pokemon were happy with those wartortles inturpupting their hard work and for saving me, ash, and misty
LivingLegend: plus tracey admiring those wartortles didn't help either as our water types did most of the work putting out the fire
ChosenOne: more so when a whistle was heard with the wartortles douseing the rest of the flames, including the ones our water types were taking care of already, in this coordinated display
WaterGirl: loki was especially not happy with this and focused his attention on the lead wartortle who was identified easily caue it was wearing a yellow bandana around its neck
LivingLegend: we even got to meet the guy whose in charge of them once the fire was out as that warehouse was totaled, with the man named Captain Aidan who apparently also is a firefighter, as we did thank him and introduced ourselves to him
ChosenOne: he even offered us to meet his other 2 firefighting teams, team squirtle for tight spaces & team blastoise used for large scale fires, while the wartortles are for everything else
SteelRocks: that was nice of him to let you 4 meet his other two teams
ChosenOne: we're stopping for lunch first before that, so talk in a bit
ChosenOne: at the training facility captain aiden uses for his 3 teams, with us meeting the other 2 teams, 10 squirtles and 6 blastoise, and saw the training, with tracey sketching all of this even
WaterGirl: of course, after the fire happened, loki was quite sad, since while it was inteleon that grabbed him, it was his fellow wartortles that took down that fire
GroundQueen: that bad then
WaterGirl: he even put his sunglasses back on, with me and ash having to explaine to tracey why loki wears them due to being part of the squirtle squad as the other 4 are back at the ceurlean gym
WaterGirl: i even asked captain aiden if my wartortle could join his wartortle team for the day to bring back his confidence, which he excepted, but he did have to insult loki by saying how there was no way loki could hold up to his trained wartortles, which angered me as i revealed im one of the four ceurlean gym leaders, then he relented it
SteelRocks: revealing your status as a gym leader does help
LivingLegend: we even asked about our other water types, with triton & tracey's marill joining the squirtle team for the day being the smallest, while merina, kakashi, amphy, inteleon, & siesmetoad are joining the blastoise team for the day due to being larger water types
LivingLegend: which of course, he had to essentially insult our 5 larger pokemon, by saying there was no way they could meet the power those blastoise have
OldTimer: your 5 larger water types are powerful, as two of them are also regional starters
ChosenOne: i pointed that out even as aiden apparently didn't know much about pokemon outside of kanto, save for the occasional johto pokemon
ChosenOne: which did explain why he didn't recognize most of our pokemon then
MovieStar: in the end, i do hope things go well for all of you, or at least decent enough
LivingLegend: same here
WaterGirl: well, loki shows to be just as capable as the head of the wartortle team for the running exersice thanks to his training as he showed he's faster than the leader even
WaterGirl: even the shooting exersise with water gun, he was also good at as turns out, aiden has 10 wartortles instead of 6, and granted, one rouge target sent both loki and leader wartortle's water guns astry breifly
WaterGirl: and now the wartortle team is taking a break as the squritle team to having their turn on the same training fields, the running and target shooting, then their training with tight spaces with that cage was saw earlier
MovieStar: go loki!
GroundQueen: how did marill and triton do in their training?
ChosenOne: well both marill & triton showed they both can keep up with the squirtle team, with marill surprisingly better at the target shooting exersise than triton was, which misty took notes on training triton on that more often
ChosenOne: as for triton he was obviously better at the running exersize as he just floated to win, since marill isn't the best runner with her short legs, which aiden had to comment on triton floating to win and marills short legs, which misty & tracey did not like
GroundQueen: i wouldn't of been happy with that either
ChosenOne: aiden even said that with triton technically floating during the running exersice, floating was not running, and even made those same comments on the tight space training, as marill was small enough to walk right through the the cage squared holes, and triton liquified himself to get free
SteelRocks: smart move on triton and funny for marill
WaterGirl: it was, but aiden had to be a jerk on that as triton doing that wasn't a type of trainging, or something like that
OldTimer: that was a jerk move on aiden, but anyway, how did your 5 larger water types do with the blastoise team?
LivingLegend: our larger 5 water types also did well during the running exersize, even though merina techniaclly floats on land, with ampy slithering instead of running, as greninja and inteleon, being naturally fast, were the fastest two and won the easiest
OldTimer: good for those two
LivingLegend: as for the target practice, it was with hydro pump instead of water gun and with larger targets, which our pokemon not only kept up with the blastoise during that target training, even during the special training the blastoise only do that centers more on strength, out pokemon were also capable
SteelRocks: thats great
LivingLegend: we couldn't even help but notice kakashi & inteleon gaining a small rivalry, which mainly is due to them both being similar water type starters, otherwise, aiden got to see how different the galar & kalos water starters are compared to the kanto water starter, but he still had to say the blastoise team was better than our other larger water types at that training as our 5 water types were not happy with that comment from him
MovieStar: what timer said, that was a jerk move, as he was showing clear favortise towards his own pokemon
LivingLegend: well now we're going to get some training in with our other pokemon, with the rest of our water types, including loki, who while is feeling more confident than before, but is still down in the dumps are getting a break
LivingLegend: captain aiden had a call some in about an entire apartment complex catching fire
OldTimer: hopefully no one got hurt
LivingLegend: same, with all 6 of team blastoise being delayedd due to an overturn truck that also caught on fire & that team needed to focus on that to keep that fire from spreading, while the 10 members of the squirtle team is on the scene, only the appartment fire is even too much for them to handle, with all of 10 of team wartortle also there, but even their getting overwhelmed due to the intensity of the fire
SteelRocks: no doubt you 4 showed up to help stop that fire
ChosenOne: we did, with misty having staryu sent here to help starmie as stopgap measure, with triton & marill helping the squirtle team, with tracey letting out venonat & scyther to help out, with amphy, merina, siemsetoad, inteleon, & kakashi taking over what team blastoise would of done to stop this fire with hydro pump, while loki helped team wartortle out & even truley gained his confidence back
GroundQueen: good for loki
ChosenOne: it is since loki the lead wartortle just ran into the building cause apparently a child is trapped in there! with the rest of the wartortles staying out to help
MovieStar: let us know whats happening
ChosenOne: will do
OldTimer: at least your not running in there to save that boy
ChosenOne: while i admit, im reckless, but even i know that fire was too dangerous even for me to go there, as thats best to leave a rescue like that to the professionals
ChosenOne: the fire is out as i even sent out kaida to help out by flying up since she knows water pulse and hydro pump
LivingLegend: same with me letting out dragapult as she also knows hydro pump, and that to loki and lead wartortle, the child was rescued by the two
MovieStar: thats great news!
LivingLegend: the boy is now back with his mom, with his mom thanking aidan, with him saying the thanks goes to not just his three teams, but to all our pokemon for helping, as without our pokemon helping, the fire would of gotten out of control, and to both loki and leader wartortle, as the two were the ones that saved her son
GroundQueen: that makes him less of a jerk now upon seeing your pokemon helping
ChosenOne: it did
ChosenOne: and now we're going to stay here for a few days or so to see the city, then we'll be leaving, but before that, the lead wartortle & loki shook hands & aidan giving us a salute of respect
OldTimer: which island is the next island you 4 going to
ChosenOne: this island is at the center of the orange islands called Shamouti Island is next
