I did not get my original doctor, who is very kind and respectful. She is now the only doctor I will go to there and if she doesn't have an appointment I will be getting better care somewhere else. The doctor I had this time ruined my experience.

Dr. Dean and her staff are great people. Dr. Dean shows that cares what I am saying to her by asking me questions. My blood pressure was high that day. She recommended to me to take my blood pressure daily. She is a very personal person who I feel I am tell her my concerns.

Dr. Dean is the 3rd MD I have had at this practice (only because the MDs left). I am really happy with all of them as well as the office staff. The MA and MD were masked, which I appreciated. I also appreciate that the practice does not overbook and makes the visit so seamless. My wait in reception and the treatment room was very short.

Dr. Dean's nurse noticed that I had waited in the lab waiting area for over 30 minutes, therefore she drew my blood. One of the staff in the lab was being trained. But Dr. Dean's nurse stepped right in and helped. Thank you!!

Every time I leave the office after seeing Dr. Dean, I am reminded as to why I travel 45 mins to see her when there are countless providers just minutes from my home. She makes me feel comfortable and at home during every visit & she answers my messages on my chart in a timely manner. She's just amazing & I'll always be a patient as long as she is my physician there!

Hello. The staff at the front desk was kind and courteous. They didn't leave you standing there waiting even if they were on the phone, they they they took attention to your needs. Dr. Dean is totally awesome her and her medical assistant everyone always so kind and friendly. And the place is always clean.

I just want to say that the doctor that I seen there. They are very nice, very patient and give you the detailed of everything that you is going through and they're very helpful. You need more like those. Friendly, patient and lovely. Have a blessed day.
