How To Make This Berry Smoothie

Wash and Prepare the Fruit
- Start by washing your berries and removing any stems. Put them in a colander so you can shake excess water off. Don't soak the berries in a bowl of water though, as they will absorb water.
- Peel the banana, slice into chunks, and add to the blender. Add the blueberries to the blender, then the blackberries.
Keep The Strawberries On Top
- Add the strawberries on top of the blueberries and blackberries. The blueberries are the smallest so they will get down into the blades and crannies.
